The project aims to innovate corporate structures and processes by adopting advanced solutions: an integrated platform for servitization, an HR suite connected to orders and management systems, and an intelligent customer care platform, with the aim of increasing internal efficiency, quality and effectiveness of business functions, and competitiveness in the markets.
